20 reasons why I should buy UltraGuard and
why I should not buy UltraGuard
I am sure by now you have read Ken Bankoff UltraGuard on
the home page, of the Uglassit website. I have tolerated
his lies for the past 6 years. He has used the Lexus
Nexus report to try to discredit my 50 years as a contractor
in the pool industry. Please click on Lexus Nexus
on the home page and get the facts that are truly needed
for you to make an intelligent decision to buy or not to
buy the UltraGuard product from me.
I know it’s difficult to make a decision based
on a person’s previous history that may not be as
strong as you would like it to be. If you have
shopped the internet for a pool coating and have read my
website with its testimonials, no nonsense warranty, my
one on one relationship and my commitment with all my customers
at time of every phase of prep. You
should know that UltraGuard is a superior product and has
no competition.
I hope you realize who I am today and not be so
critical of who I was in the past. To help you
make this an intelligent decision, it might help to draw
a column down the middle of the page. One side should say
why I should buy UltraGuard and the other side why I should
not buy UltraGuard.
Why
I should buy UltraGuard
1. Based on Ken’s successful 2 years
as a contractor and 6 years on the internet using the
UltraGuard productI

2. After searching the internet
and comparing other products to
UltraGuard there is no question that UltraGuard is
a superior coating.

3. I feel Ken is an honest and reputable
person and I have no problem buying the UtraGuard. I

4. I have read the Lexus Nexus
report and Ken’s rebuttal to that report I
believe Ken is being railroaded by an antiquated
report and crooked lawyers. I
will buy the UltraGuard
5. I have been told when Ken retires
his warranty will still be in place. His family
will continue to run the business or the website
will be sold to a local contractor. I
will buy the UltraGuard
6. I have read the Power of
the Bean. I was extremely impressed how it’s
being used today in so many different industries. I
will buy the UltraGuard
7. I was impressed that Ken owns the
UltraGuard product on the internet as a manufacturer
and sells contractors worldwide.

8. The no-nonsense 5-year warranty
I believe is revolunitary. It is the only realistic
warranty on the Internet today. This shows
me he truly has confidence in his product and
his failures are less than 2%.

9. The letter from his manufacturer
stating he has only 2% failures confirms the fact
that Ken will not sell his product to anyone that
does not listen to him at time of prepping the pool.
He has absolute control over his customers because
he knows the devil is in the prep. If done properly
the UltraGuard cannot fail. I
will buy the UltraGuard
10. I was told when I bought the UltraGuard
I would be given a hotline number where I can
call after hours, call on the weekends when
they are closed and even when they are on vacation.
This one to one relationship is remarkable. I
will buy the UltraGuard

Why
I should not buy UltraGuard
1. Based on Ken’s previous history I
don’t feel comfortable buying the UltraGuard.
2. I believe UltraGuard is a good product
but it’s pricing is too high for my budget
at this time. Unfortunately I will not buy UltraGuard.
3. I don’t feel he is reputable after
8 years and I cannot buy the UltraGuard at this time.
I would need at least another 2 years before I would
consider buy his product
4. I have read the Lexis Nexis report but
I don’t feel Ken’s rebuttals are adequate
at this time to buy the UltraGuard. because he does
not give every detail that is needed.
5. Ken is 70 years old his warranty does not
mean a thing to me. I don’t believe that the
product is that great and when he dies or retires
he will not be able to sell his business
6. I don’t believe the Power of the
Bean tells me enough information to restore my pool.
I don’t see the benefits of using this product
and why it’s better than other pool coatings.
7. These so called elite contractors do not
impress me. I don’t understand what makes them
so special.
8. I don’t believe there are any warranties
in the pool industry at all.
I do not trust any manufacturer or any contractor that
offers a guarantee.
9. I believe Ken is as greedy, possibly more
so, than anyone in the pool business. He will sell
his product to anyone as long as he gets that persons
money. If there is a problem he will weasel out of
his guarantee.
10. I don’t think this is so remarkable.
I would not want to speak with this obnoxious man.
I don’t believe he can be all things to all
people. |
I have acknowledged over the past 20 years I’ve had
my share of problems. I would say 95 – 98%
of my instillations were successful and my customers loved
me because they were 100 % satisfied. Unfortunately
the balance of these jobs that failed had fiberglass application
and some other problems that contractors have while building
new pools. It took me 2 or 3 years and I
satisfied most of these customers with my personal funds.
Shortly thereafter trying to satisfy my customers I had a
nervous breakdown, went into personal bankruptcy, lost my
house, which I lived in for 38 years and my wife divorced
me shortly thereafter.
It should also be noted my best friend lost his job and
had major financial problems. I took him in as a partner
with the fiberglass restoration. I did not realize until
nearly the end he had embezzled over $100,000.00 and was
stealing the UltraGuard inventory from my warehouse to do
his own jobs which I had no involvement and he kept 100%
of the profits. When he realized I knew he was a thief he
flew the coop and went to Texas leaving me holding the bag
with all the problems of the fiberglass.
My local competition at times made it very difficult for
me to get new jobs, but thank God my customers gave strong
testimonials, and recommended me to their friends. The BBB
stood by me during these trying times and they never expelled
me as a member. No one has proven in the past 8 years that
this statement is not true. UltraCrete DBA UltraGuard
and Premier Restorstion has an A+ rating. There
are not very many pool contractors that have this high rating.
In writing this letter there were times that I never thought
I would be posting on my website such sensitive and very
personal information.
I hope you would purchase the UltraGuard from me, if you
don’t you can still buy the identical product with
a different label and same price. I believe everyone should
have the best proven product on their pool.
My competition would love to see the UltraGuard product
disappear on the internet. By this happening they would not
have to compete with the best proven pool coating.
