For the past 3 years Aquatic Technologies has claimed they have a similar industrial coating like ours.

The testing results are now in. (4/10/06) Aquatic Technologies, manufacturers of Aquaguard and Pool-Bright, do not have the 100% solids they claim. This information is backed up by referrals and testimonials from contractors and residential clients where their products have failed.

Two samples were tested

On samples supplied to the testing agency that were taken from a pool failure only 61.8% solids (polymers) were found.

Samples taken from his actual bucket of material that were tested, only 63.5% solids (polymers) were found.

Dennis Hardy has had the opportunity since 4/10/06 to utilize the UltraGuard Challenge so we could compare products using Sherry Laboratories and he elected not to participate. We know for sure he has no testing results from any certified testing bureaus on his Aquaguard products. How can Dennis Hardy challenge Sherry Laboratories, the largest testing company in the US, certifies testing results for NASA and other high profile clients? We have purchased new material from Aquaguard to be tested by Sherry Laboratories again. If the results come back as the previous test did, showing he has nothing more than a thick paint, we will send these reports to the Consumer Bureau of Protection and the Federal Trade Commission for misrepresentation of his product. This is the highest form of fraud where the consumer must be protected.

He claims that his product is a proprietary formulation. (Exclusively his) This formulation has been sold over the Internet for over 10-years. In this time period, three other manufacturers that have endorsed this falsely advertised product have gone bankrupt due to the failures incurred.

Dennis claims the Aquaguard product has a 25-year warranty. If you call us we will fax you a copy. It is not worth the paper it is written on.

We will update this report as soon as new information comes in from contractors, residential and commercial clients that have used the Aquaguard product that has failed.
